Accidental breakage

If your glasses are accidentally broken within 12 months of purchase and we cannot repair them, we will give you a 50% discount on a replacement set of equal or lesser value. Offer valid once only in the first 12 months.

Our extended warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s 12-month warranty, covering any manufacturing fault in your glasses. Within two years, we will repair or replace faulty lenses or frames at no cost to you.

Our prescription guarantee

If you are unable to adjust to your new prescription within the first 2 months, we will review your needs and recheck your vision free of charge. We want you to love your glasses!

Scratch resistance at no extra charge

All our plastic lenses are coated to provide scratch resistance. Scratch-coating makes plastic lenses very tough.
