We Come to You
We mutually arrange a Vision Screening Session for all employees to identify which employees are in need of Prescription Glasses for Safety(as opposed to non-prescription Safety Glasses). This is best practice, rather than relying on employees to self report.
Complying Purchase Order
Each employee presents High Sight Optometry with an approved purchase order signed by their supervisor, along with a valid prescription. A current prescription may be obtained through an eye examination at High Sight Optometry's premises where required.
